This page brings together all materials from the 4-Day Advanced Online Training on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Earth Observation, delivered in October 2025.

The training was designed for Philippine Earth Observation professionals working across disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and natural resource management. Over four intensive days, participants progressed from the fundamentals of Copernicus Sentinel data and geospatial Python through to machine learning, deep learning architectures, and advanced time series analysis — all grounded in real Philippine case studies covering flood mapping in Central Luzon, land cover classification in Palawan, drought monitoring in Mindanao, and urban monitoring in Metro Manila.

All sessions were delivered online via Google Colab, requiring no local software installation. The full programme amounts to 32 hours of instruction across 16 sessions.

Below you will find recordings, presentation slides, Jupyter notebooks, and reference cheat sheets for each day and session. Materials are open-licensed for educational use. Use the Open in Colab links to run the notebooks directly in your browser, or download the PDFs for offline reference.
